To do access control on who can create new issue board.

  1. Go to settings in the main menu on the left.

  2. Under access control on this page you have “Create new issue board”.

Click on it.

  1. A list of who can create and Edit access will appear.

Click the Edit access button.

  1. Define access for member(s) or team(s).

  2. Under the member(s) or Team(s) you have selected will appear.

Under access you choose between Can create and Not allowed.

  1. Press the save button.
