This access control is for folders and documents that are inside the root folder. Only an admin user can edit the access.

Go to the documents in the main menu

  1. Click the check box(s) beside the folder(s) or document(s) you want to edit access.

  2. A window on the right will appear and at the bottom of that you will have the access control. Click on it.

  3. Here you have edit access button and a list over the members with what access they have. Press the edit access.

  4. The edit access window will appear

  5. Define access for member(s) or team(s).

  6. Administrators

  7. All users: This is the access for all others than yourself, with an exception from admin user.

There are four access levels defined:

  • No Access - no access to the object.

  • Read - typical read only, no changing operations.

  • Write - able to edit and modify the object.

  • Full - able to control all aspects of the object.

Owner: Owner is defined as the person who Uploaded the file, or created the folder.
